We have incorporated www.GRAINweb.com functionality into this website - www.andersonsgrain.com - to make it easier for our customers to find information about commodity prices, hours, news, as well as the ability to view their account information – both on the same website.
GRAINweb® v2.0 provides enhanced navigational tools. When you are provided with three primary views of your account information. A view called Open, one called Crop Year, and one Sales. You get to all three by means of the left Navigation bar. Using your mouse, hover over the item "Grain Accounts" and you will get a secondary menu. The Open screen provides a view of essentially all open activity for a grain account. The Crop Year view provides you a view of all activity- open and settled -but from a crop year perspective. Both views provide the ability to drill down into several levels of detail. E.g. you might view your contract obligations, drill down on one of them to see which tickets have applied, and then drilldown to see ticket detail information.
GRAINweb® v2.0 is designed for customers who deliver or sell grain to The Andersons, but there is also some information for customers who purchase from us. Information about your purchases from The Andersons is found on the Sales view (i.e. The Andersons "sales" to you.)
If you transact business in several different accounts at The Andersons, there will be some ability to view this information in a consolidated fashion. Your Account Rep. can provide more information to you.
HOW TO REGISTER:
If you are not currently a GRAINWeb® user, please contact your Account Rep for more information, or register on the site by clicking on the Login/Register hyperlink at the top of the left navigation bar and then on the Click Here to request a username/password text/hyperlink above the Login box. Please fill in the requested information so we can verify this registration with your account ID. (Phone numbers need to be entered with dashes, like this 419-893-5050"). Once you submit your registration we try to have you up and running that same day, but it may take 12-24 hours for you to have access to your account.
Basic Views on GRAINWeb® v2.0 :
1. The Open view show you almost all the open “positions” or open transactions you have at The Andersons. Open delivery obligations, open delayed price tickets, open storage tickets, deferred cash, etc.
2. The Crop Year view displays account activity for specific time perios or "Crop Year". For example, the crop-year for Corn and Soybeans is September - August the following year; for Wheat and Oats the crop-year is June - May of the following year). This view displays account activity that is still open as well as what has been closed or settled.
From both these views you will have the ability to drill down into the details by clicking on items that have a hyperlink (those numbers that are underlined).
There are a few items for which you will still need to contact your Account Rep, but we believe most of your account questions can be addressed from this site.
